How can I clean fixed plastic cabin portholes

This one might be a little crazy. LOL. Are the aluminum pieces easy to get off? Can you keep the boat out of the weather while they are off? Because you could send them to be anodized.

Unfortunatly the aluminium surrounds are not removeable as a single external piece so to remove the whole window would be a major task
