It's not an Albin.

It is not in North America and I am pretty sure it was not made in North America.

I think the registration is the Baltic.

And yes it really helps when posters state where they are.

With a rubber rubrail, intricate plexiglass shapes, etc, this boat seems new enough that I would expect it to have a HIN. However, I have scoured sailboatdata.com for manufacturers throughout northern Europe to no avail. I need to stop now. I hope the OP comes back to educate us!
