Health & Science Study - 'Wellcome Global Monitor'
The Wellcome Global Monitor
is the world’s largest study into how people around the world think and feel about science and major health
challenges. It surveys over 140,000 people from more than 140 countries.
The findings of the first Wellcome Global Monitor
Among other things, the study found that:
“73% of people worldwide would trust a doctor or nurse more than any other source of health advice, including family, friends, religious leaders or famous people ...”
“... Overall, 72% of people globally trust scientists ...”
Leads me to seriously wonder about the other 27-28% of us.
