I have a copy of "Exploring the Pacific Coast, San Diego to Seattle" by Don Douglass and Reanne Hemingway-Douglass. It's a hefty softbound, almost 500 pages. Copyright 2003. FineEdge.com. It seems good and complete to me. A bit dated by now; I'll check for a newer edition. Edit: I tried the website and got: "This page currently unavailable.". Maybe on abebooks?
Another edit: It's available on abebooks.com, 26 copies, the lowest price over $25.00. I love abebooks.
