Great Watt wind generator -junk?

After just four weeks of use my S700 hybrid controller burnt out. The policy under warranty seems to be that I have to have the box sent to China for repair. Obviously I'm unhappy as that will take months and in my mean time my solar system and wind power are defunct and i'm spending a fortune on the petrol genertor. Wondering whether to bite the bullet and try and buy a new regulator - any one know where I can find one? I've emailed the company repeatedly to no response! A huge mistake on my part buying the product but I really need to get my energy back up and running. Would appreciate advice
