I got there through the link posted in another thread here on CF, and next I shut off the Internet connection and run all the scanning of my computer, fearing some kind of hackers work there

I can see it but have no idea what it means? Can anyone help? Does it mean that what we are seeing when we go to SA is part of their website rather than a redirect to a government website as I'd expect if it were not an April 1 joke and they really were seized?
