Second, you better open your eyes.... Your vessel, no matter what flag you are flying is subject to being boarded by US authorites if they have an agreement with the country they are operating in or suspect you of drug trafficking in international waters.

US authorities have no permission to board in international waters unless they have a specific agreement to do so. Otherwise they seek permission on a case by case basis. Such permission is rarely refused between cooperating countries. Unapproved boarding by a military vessel is a tantamount to a declaration of war.
