Force 10 Cylindrical Marine BBQ Question
My small Force 10 round marine BBQ finally gave out and I found a (supposedly) new, unused larger version on eBay. I know these things've been long out of production and I was happy to find one. The model I got is the larger cylindrical style but the burner faces the bottom of the unit w/V-shaped deflectors on both sides and a thick cast aluminum grate above. The downward facing burner seems odd to me & I haven't been able to find any legacy manuals on the net. Anybody still have one of these and if so, what's the burner/grate set-up?
