Fixed Keel vs swing keel

I read a thread on here about the 2 different keels but I didn't get the answer I was hoping to get. Lets say 2 identical boats but the keel is different. One is weighted fixed keel and one is weighted swing keel. What kind of sailing characteristics would each have out in the deep ocean where you have no worries about running ground. Lets also say there are strong winds. Would one be tippier then the other or same. What would be the handling characteristic difference in turning or straight line? Thanks...
