Driving down to move aboard right now

Well everybody, I am proud to announce that my wife my dog and I have officially packed our stuff and vacated our house and are on our way from Philly to ft Lauderdale to move board for good. We are in south Carolina now have about 9 hours to go. I hope to see some of you all around so I can learn from your experiences. We have a few items getting done when we get down there for the boat (solar,Davits, bimini)but plan to head down to key west in about 3 weeks to begin our extended journey around the world (or around the Caribbean lol) if anyone wants to meet up were game!! It was a little rough saying good bye to family but we managed

I'll keep updating our boat Facebook "s/v sea Wolf" of our journey as it progresses

Be careful contracting things to be done... make sure they know you are serious about a completion date. Sometimes these things can drag on for months! Especially once they have a deposit from you....
"solar, davits, bimini" sounds like a couple months....

Wow you must be very wealthy to be able to do this at such a young age.

Have fun.

Not really, I've worked very hard hanging drywall for 5 years.... Ever hear of creative financing?
