Dinghy Props

We have a WalkerBay dinghy 11' console with a Honda 20hp & 4 blade 9 ½" X 10" prop. It barely gets two of us on plane & only if we shift our weight forward. What prop should we have to get 3 or possibly 4 people on plane? There are many 3 & 4 blade props available but no one will recommend the prop we need for best performance.
