I paid a deposit for a Greek charter in 2019 and following the issue of a reschedule credit note I still find it impossible to use. Does EU or Greece legislation for Covid 19 travel bookings provide any recourse or
does anyone out there know how I best can obtain a refund. At this stage they are not willing.
