Columbia 35

I'm looking at purchasing a 1969 Columbia 35 and I have a couple of questions:

1) What say you about this boat? Good, Bad, Whatever ...

2) Does anyone know of a good marina on the Texas coast that won't cost me an arm and a leg and will let me do my own work?

I had a Columbia 27 1979, and it was a little great boat. Seaworthy and spacious. Others have also had mostly good things to say about Columbias.

Perhaps you mean the Columbia 36, as the 35 was first built in 1975 and only 5 made?

Further down in the ad they did say it's 36 feet so not being familiar with Columbia at all I just posted what the ad said. Thanks for the info.
