CLIPPER 23 looking for some insight.

Hello good folk of the forum i have acquired a clipper 23 and im looking for any advise. After much research i have realized this make is no the best quality of sail boat. I own and operate a fiberglass trailer manufacturing company in Alberta, Canada and am very familiar with fiberglass construction i have completely stripped the interior and gone through the inside hull and the fiberglass seems sound. thinking of laying some woven matting through out the hull for added strength. The boat has 2 keels that are bolted and fiber glassed into place. Wondering if anyone is familiar with this style of boat and wouldn't mind answering a few questions.
