Charleston Marina For Haulout

Would someone recommend a marina in the Charleston area where we can haul out for a bottom job and a good waxing?

We would like to self-perform our work and need a location with a travel lift that is a minimum of 80 tons (its a draft issue) and need an approach water depth of at least 8ft.

We are not an ICW friendly boat as our air draft is greater than 65ft, so nothing too far up the ditch either.

Weve visited there before and would like to spend some time in the area while we work.

Thank you in advance.
