Yes, because it's the KIDS who you should consult about risk.

But I think you bring up a good point. For teens, I'd expect the risks to be less on a cruising boat.

Not because they're on a boat, but because they're being supervised.

It's called sarcasm. Teens have a documented higher tolerance for risk.
