C&C24 Hatch Reseal

Hello all!
I’m new to C&C 24’s and need to reseal the forward hatch, it’s 16x16.
Can anybody recommend a product or supplier, I’m in Oakville Ontario

It’s the gaskets, both are old and cracked…likely original or close to it.
