Burgee Identification from Maryland, USA

Hi All,

I have a yacht club in Kinsale, Ireland trying to identify the Maryland yacht club member who gave the a burgee, but did not give the yacht club name.

Anybody recognize the burgee in this attached file?

No, they only had the burgee and the picture attached is what they sent me. No other information is available.
