BOTTOM PAINT HEADS UP, WEST MARINE

Just a quick heads up. After much prep work, I have just finished my first ever coat of bottom paint. I checked with the broker from whom I bought the boat to ask about prior paint, as I wanted to keep same color, chemistry, etc. So, I bought West Marine's best. Now, the heads up, I recommend you not use the free roller that was a gift with the purchase. The nap sheds terribly and on drying feels like sand paper. Luckily I noticed after only 25% of the hull, at first thought it was a part of the paint. So, there you have it. I'm still happy, looks great.
