boot motor problem

Hello
I bought steel boat about 7 meter lenght with inside motor and i have a question because i dont know
the brand of this engine. Probably is renault marine coach but i'm not sure. Does anybody now this type of motor, and where i can found manual for this engine.
Is it possible that this engine did not possess the glow plug (gloeibougie).
Thanks a lot for advice.

pirate Re: boot motor problem

There must be an engine number stamped somewhere on it... and as its not fitted in the boat it should be easy to find...
find that and its a start to ID'ing the manufacturer...
