Boats on sale in green cape?

I'm looking for a 35 to 40 ft sailboat, and I'm investigating some remote places where the sale is difficult and the price can be interesting. I've thought about making a visit to cape verde. I was years ago, on a journey, in salt and mindello. I remember that there was a marina in Mindello, but I didn't pay attention to its size, nor to the yard. Does anyone know Cape Verde? are there stranded boats? maybe also in praia, the capital? any help will be very appreciated
