Beefy fenders, or something you can use as a big beefy fender. And check on your neighbor(s) to make sure they don't pop loose cause problems.

3' hopefully isn't 3' in the marina.

I wouldn't be overly concerned about 31 knots. I've seen worse.

Nice... I spent quite a few evenings sippin' on heinekens and shooting pool at the clubhouse many mango seasons ago. Fun times.

Presently Chantal appears to dissipate and not form any organized storm. 30 Kn. is normal sailing conditions in this area.
