Active Captain

Can anyone help me on how to use Active Captain on my Android now that apparently the information in the tiles cannot be directly accessed through their app

I dunno from tiles, but...

1) E-mail Jeff and ask him, or...

2) Just use any of the apps that integrate AC data. The two we use for the eastern U.S. are MX Mariner (NOAA raster charts) and Plan2Nav (C-Map vector charts)... but there are a bazillion apps that integrate AC data.

Jeff just recently e-blasted something about the AC Companion going away, or some such. Might be about your "tile" thing. We never used the Companion, so I didn't pay too much attention...

I use 2 ways:

1- you can kind of tell the area shape by the "flags" for stuff and you can zoom in on an area
2 - there's a search feature and you can type in the area you are looking for and themn zoom in (this one works best)
