Mine was also sailable, and with spare sails but I forgot to check the lights!!
Only found out about the lights on the night of the first
race, when I was anchoring!! Some idiot had cut the
cables on the fuse box in a way ensuring that could not be reconnected, so I have had to run new
cables all around, the rest is cosmetics, but I am almost done inside.
For
power I want to install
solar, I live in
Hong Kong and here it is extremely sunny all year long, but in Irland it might be better wind.
The idiot who cut the cables also cut the cables to the
instruments internally.... I guess that it was the previous owner, he had to go back to the states and
sold the
boat when he was already gone, and I took advantage of the situation and only paid half of what he was asking for....
