Run away ....Unless it is free and they are paying you to remove it. There are much better fixer up boats out there that you can get cheap with a lot less issues. I mean a sails alone are going to cost 2500-5000 . I just got a new main and Jib for my 30 foot allied and I got a deal with Precision sails and it was still 2500 for a no frills sail .

I'll be getting used sails in average condition. No tears or repairs necessary for a long while. So the cost of sails is not an issue. I'm budgeting $300-$400 each
