We'll continue cruising south to Sydney, hang around there or thereabouts for the summer, then start heading north toward Brisbane, probably leave from there to Vanuatu, New Caledonia, maybe the Solomons and the Louisiades. Alternately, head for the Kimberlies, or maybe just as far as cape york.

The boat hunt begins in earnest

This year we managed to sell (give away) the house, and at last we have a buyer for the business (deposit paid). If the gods are feeling benevelant that should be done and dusted in January

We've enough frequent flyer points to get a couple of RTW tickets, probably in a cargo hold, and boats to look at in Greece, Holland, Spain, Caribbean and Florida.
Should be fun, stressful, hazardous, stupid, frustrating... can't wait (for therapy??)

I might have to include Nigeria. My bank deposit seems to have been delayed and it really is affecting my budgeting......

Boat should be in the water this week and structurally sound so -

Head south to Florida
Paint the deck
Make the interior at least reasonably attractive
Find a lady who likes to sail
Head to Exuma (Bahamas) in time for Regatta in April
Maybe, just maybe, go to the Isle of Man for the motorcycle races, that would scratch at least two items off the bucket list (the crossing and the races).
If not, go mess around the Caribbean and drink rum, contemplate where to live on a modest budget.

As for us, Inside PAssage and So. Alaska for abut 5-6 weeks and then just cruising the PNW this summer.

We've made the incredibly stupid decision that our boat just isn't big enough for our long term cruising goals SO... we start our search for THE BOAT this year. Oh yeah, we'll be cruising the Bustards, Bad River and Landsdowne channel this summer.
