Just started reading this thread. Using "Worked all my life" in your mid thirties had me laughing on the floor. Poor baby . . . . GROW UP! If this happened and you were in your late 50's I could understand, but this one I don't. If you are looking for sympathy, its in the dictionary, right after **** and suicide. Face the music, if not for your own growth, then for the family you have made. Bear down and see you in 10 years on this board. Sound harsh but somebody needs to slap some reality of life into you.

What I find distasteful is this. SKINFINATIC came here asking how he can defraud the bank, so he can sail away on a $850,000 boat. He worded it much differently, but in reality he was looking for help with decisions to do this. He also thought the forum would give him approval for his decision.

Most everyone has handled him with kid gloves, and offered fatherly advice. He's not hearing what he wants to hear, and this has angered him. He wants in some way to justify his decision to dump the house, and buy a 49ft Fantasy cat. I am a vet, and I work, so I am justified in doing this, because IT'S GETTING OLD? B.S.

Reorganize, and set a goal, but to dump his house on us tax paying citizens, so he sail away in luxury. That's just WRONG!!!!!!!........i2f

Just a friendly reminder about civility at Cruisers.

While the original poster may have been unrealistic in his request it does not mean we should take potshots at him. Please remember: We take the "be nice" rule VERY seriously! We do not tolerate ANY rudeness.

Thank you

I don't think anyone has taken a potshot at him. He needs to hear the reality of what he seeks to accomplish. I think it's absolutely rude for him to expect us to pick up his tab if he dumps the house, so he can sailaway, and to seek advice to do it too. Now that's RUDE!

I learned that I spend more time and effort in trying to justify me doing the wrong thing, then I do trying to do the right. You know what you should do.

And remember, the chickens really do come home to roost.

People have taken potshots at him. Yourself included. And other vets. Just like they came out of the closet and took potshots at Simpson. You have way over personalized his initial post -- to the point of frothing at the mouth

Your posts and other here make me ill.

Sorry about you being ill.

When you type Simpson. Exactly which Simpson would that be?

Possibly you think this behaviour is ok? If you think this ok. Then without a doubt you, and I see life completely different. Being a vet gives you no right for this behaviour. I sure the forces would agree!.....BEST WISHES .....i2f

I was referring to Ronnie Simpson and how several members on this board behaved in that thread. The cruelty here is no different than what I saw there. It does not matter if I think the behavior his ok or not. That is irrelevant. It does not matter if you and I see things differently. What matters to *me* is civility of expression.

That is soundly lacking in yours and others' posts here.
