I'm selling my powerboat so I can concentrate on refitting our sailboat. We're ready to commence on the deal - she passed her survey
and the buyer handed me a check.
I went in search of the Coast Guard bill of sale
- CG-1340, but the latest version on the CG's own website expired on 31 July 2019. Could the sale
be legally challenged at a later date if we have a signed and notorized bill of sale - but the date was executed after the sail form expired?
