Update boat papers in Poland: 2 registry numbers?!
Hi,

I'm helping a friend update his old and "patchy" boat papers in Poland. It appears that the boat has two registry numbers, one starting with ROS and one starting with PZ. No explanation as to why the difference in the paperwork here and there... Anyone experienced here with the Polish yacht registry in the 1990s?
