A friend of mine bought that Little harbor 44 for less than 100k. The owner's wife dumped him and the boat. He emailed me today - said it was in much better shape than expected, passed survey. Needs electronics, a stove, but has new bottom paint and was detailed by the brokers. He plans on bringing it to Florida in the next month before the Atlantic hurricanes start.

Probably the one I saw on Yachtworld. I just wasn't quick enough. Your friend must have made the offer sight unseen, as the broker told me that they had three offers the day the price was dropped.
