Thoughts about Global Yacht Cover insurance

Looking at coverage for a catamaran from Global Yacht Cover insurance. I asked a few companies to provide me with quotes and 4 of them provided me with quotes from Global Yacht Cover insurance, which were all within a few hundred dollars of each other. Anyone have any claims with them? How did it go? Give me the good, the bad and the ugly please.

Did you ever find out anything? We are also looking at Global Yacht Cover and their quote is about half our current coverage.

I never got any replies here, but found through facebook and I did select one of the 4 and got a one year policy for just over $5000 USD and have coverage in certain areas only, which is fine as they are all areas we will be sailing.

We have signed on with them (Global Yacht Coverage/Great Lakes). Hopefully all I ever need to do is pay them annually and never have a call to use them for a claim.
