Self-Conveyancing ?

If I don't use an agency to sell - what is the safest way to self manage the deposit, survey, funds clearance processes etc etc??

Easy answer is cash 100% upfront. But would need a buyer to play ball .

Apart from that approach..............

- will depend on what country you are in.

- what country the Buyer is in.

- and what country the Boat is in.

- Plus where the boat is registered may be a factor.

For starters
