Seeking Feedback on Annapolis Area Brokers - Experience with Knot10/Jay Porterfield?

I hope this message finds you all well and enjoying fair winds and calm seas. I’m reaching out to this wonderful community to seek advice and share experiences regarding yacht brokers in the Annapolis area.

We are in the midst of changing our selling broker due to dissatisfaction with our previous one. As part of this transition, we’ve been considering working with Jay Porterfield. However, as many of you might agree, it can be challenging to gauge the quality and reliability of a broker based solely on initial conversations.

If any of you have had experience dealing with Knot10 Yacht Sales as a broker, either as a buyer or a seller, and particularly with Jay Porterfield, I would greatly appreciate your insights. How was your experience? Did the process go smoothly, and were there any issues that arose during your dealings?
