Searching for buyer's broker in South Miami/North Keys

Hi everyone,

Anyone have a tip on a good buyer's broker in/around Key Largo? We're buying both power and sail and would like to have one on our new dock in the next month (we're more picky on the sailboat and need to wait to find exactly what we need). It would be great to find a broker who is well-versed in both.

Thanks in advance!
Lisa

What price range are you looking?

Big difference between $25k and $500k brokers. Feel free to PM

Good point, big difference. We are looking at spending between $50-60k for both, so $25-30k each. In 3 years, we'll be selling both and buying a $300-400k liveaboard cat, so I'd really like to work with someone who can see a long-term investment in us. I know the market is hot right now, so any advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks!
Lisa
