These people need to be collected & put in a bottle, and there are plenty of folks (AG, DA, military, state, federal, pick any or all) who get paid to enjoy doing just that for all of us.

I agree. By the way, attempted fraud is a crime. It involves the
Internet accross state lines it also comes under FBI wire fraud jurisdiction but doesn't exclude attempted fraud charges at State level. We need to be demanding better policing and
charging by both local and national law enforcement.
