Purchasing used Sacs Stratos in US
I'm looking at purchasing a Sac Stratos based in FL. It is a french registered vessel, licenced to sail in the US. What documentation/ title transfer do I need to own this boat? Will operate in UT and pay sales tax in that state. Thanks.
