Need a US based company to handle closing

We are US citizens buying a boat overseas. Buyer/seller have agreed on price and we are ready to move forward to the next stage.
Wed like to have a US based company help us with the paperwork and money transaction.
Would love some recommendations.

Watercastle Documentation on Kemah, TX, Don't know if she does foreign paperwork.
