Insurance for a Trip to Bermuda Only

I have been sailing the Chesapeake and Delmarva coastal waters for 25 years, have sailed at night and in varied weather, and have taken cruises up to 500 miles. I have a sturdy boat I would like to take to Bermuda and back, but I am finding the cost of insurance to be prohibitive. In part it is because "Chesapeake Bay, Delaware Bay, and coastal waters" coverage is very reasonable. In part it is because one trip is not much "fun" to distribute the cost of coverage over. It is not a season of cruising, and so it makes for an expensive month.

Thoughts? Does someone offer limited "trip" coverage?
