i`m not but that quote was in regard to the rest of his life , $120k ant going to last forever no matter how frugal you are even if you never go to restaurants (I personally hate also) with a good interest rate I dont see i lasting any ware near 10 years, boat maintenance would suck it up alone.

Cause I could foresee a time where visa might not be there, my not work, the bank is out of buissness, or something like that.

Cash, gold coin, some loose diamonds, or trade goods will go a long way in that situation.
And with the world kinda going to hell right now, I would take the chance.

Just my opinion of course. But it has happend before, it will happen again.
