Buying in Croatia or Greece

I'm going to buy a yacht in either Croatia or Greece towards the end of this year...maybe sooner. My plan then is to move the boat duirng 2012 towards an th over the Atlantic late 2012 early 2013 and then, after WIs, through the Panama to Australia.

So much for the background.

I understand the general Mediterranean sailing season ends around October/November latest.

Anyone have any idea whether or not pricing for used boats comes down any further once the sailing season has ended?

The boats I'm looking at are already within my budget but I cannot get out to the boat until late December, early January so would have to add to the purchase and preparation costs the storage, interest on money etc. So buying later this year would help, especially if there are end of season bargains to be had.
