how much HP for a 10 foot dingy? details aluminum floor, inflatable keel, about 100 lb.

Check the manufacturers plate for max HP rating and get that. Will give top speed without folding up.

Put a harness on the engine, a line with a snap shackle on the end of the boom to connect to the harness, and put the adjustable topping lift on a self tailer. Viola! Outboard and MOB retrieval crane.
