Best value full service boat yard

Where in the carribean / Central American is the best value, full service boatyard in your opinion? Looking to save money from US labor costs. I've heard some good things re Rio Dulce low labor costs, but do they have full service boat yards?
Thanks

Yes, the Rio is a very good option. There is a thread here already discussing refit destination including the Rio. Give that a search (I would, but the mobile App search sux).

Well be aware that Nana Juana Marina is owned by an assassin and the whole crew has been arrested once already. Getting stuck on the hard there could be a problem.

Thanks for the tip. I did not realize the mobile app search sucked; as I did try to search on my phone before hand

Assassin? Sounds like the Rio rumor mill is still working just fine. Tax scammer yes, but assassin? Who did he kill?

Regardless, yes I would be very concerned about being on the hard there. If the govt swoops in and siezes everything you could be stuck for a very long time.

Tax has nothing to do with it. He was the security chief for the Guatemalan president who collected millions for a fake clean-up of Lake Amatitlan. He is an emigre from Israel where he was an assassin. The whole management staff at the marina was arrested because of this. You would never know when something worse will happen.
