very true comment, I have seen too many people procrastinate and end up losing the yacht ..easiest way is find the yacht..make a conditional offer on survey, test sail personal visit etc within a 2-3 week period..pay refundable deposit and get a survey done....the yacht is then off the market and if for whatever reason youdecide not to ahead you have lost nothing SO LONG AS YOU DECIDE WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD AS PER THE CONTRACT..
