Bene owners with teak decks

Hi there
We are currently still searching in the Med. area for a 42-43ft boat. Have looked at a Beneteau 43 Oceanis but it has a blue hull with screwed teak decks. We can get past the blue hull and teak decks BUT the SCREWED part of the decks is the thing we have the most concern about. Are there any Bene. owners out there with screwed teak decks who can let us know how they find them.

Almost all production boats have screwed teak decks. My bene had. There's a layer of sealant under. It works but it can give problems over time.
