All Yacht Registries Inc Catamaransite.com escrow Ok?

I am in the final stages of buying a sailboat from a Catamaransite.com listing, has anyone had experience god or bad with the escrow company that Catamaransite.com is using? Or any problems with the Catamaransite.com escrow service? I test sailed the boat had a survey and meet the owner and everything has been okay but a little nervous to send the final payment to a company I can't find many independent reviews of.

I used them when I bought my boat and they were good. Handle some importation issues for the seller. Went smoothly.
