Additional Costs / Concerns with International Buy?
I'm a US citizen, currently living in Thailand. Shopping for a live-aboard boat in Malaysia and Thailand.

The boats are wearing many flags, i.e., home registry in many different places. What do I need to watch out for in doing a purchase of this type in terms of "extra" costs for registration, etc.
