Bash, I kind of like disasters. I bought a 1955 jaguar mc ots once it was really bad. But I worked on it, learned a great deal and broke even when I sold it. So maybe all good deals are not disasters. money pit, yes I agree. A boat that size is going to require quite a bit of upkeep and feed, since I am not independently wealthy it requires me to consider boats that need stuff...so the search continues.

I don't want to jinks it...but I may be getting close! Very nervous..the idea that I may actually get this boat and then all the pressure of bringing it back and the dollars that will take,, well it's all so overwhelming. I just keep telling myself to eat this elephant one bite at a time. I'm in no rush..deep breaths...

So don't keep us in suspense any longer. What is the boat????
I guarantee I am happy with my 33 ft on the chesapeake and won't be trying to steal your purchase. The $1500 frigoboat system I installed this weekend, as well as the low hours yanmar, make it so.

you were on the money weeks ago! Its the nautical development up in Ny. yes I know its a project but I think it has good bones and well I just like it. The voyage down the coast will be the shake out cruise. the plan is to haul it back out once I get it down here and fix the decks. So I will move this to the construction section and post lots of boat porn when I get to that point.!!!

Re: 60 Feet on the Chesapeake
BTW, looks good typical projects to complete and many more that could be added to all our never ending lists! If the pics on the site were recent its got really nice bones and even some nice dressings!
