3rd party insurance for puerto rico

Hello sailors
I’m traveling to the states with a salvaged and refited sailboat bought in the windward islands, As the work is not completed I cannot do a survey in order to get a full coverage insurance. But geting to puerto rico where I plan to do some works on the boat
I’m asked for a valid insurance for the country.does anybody knows about a third party insurance
For the caribean out of the hurricane season that do not require a survey.(actualy I plan to stay there less than a month)
