I was one of the lucky people to win the May Vendor Spotlight drawing from The Sailing Channel.tv. I have to say that their customer service is outstanding -I had some technical difficulties getting things to work on my end (all user error), and Tory was ever so gracious, giving me lots of help, even though I wasn't paying anything. The video quality is great, and I love that I can download different formats for my laptop and iPad. I heartily recommend these guys - and wish that more companies had the same level of customer service!
