Tanzer 8.5 engineering manual (includes some T22, T7.5, T26 and T10.5 stuff)

For you Tanzer owners, I was able to get my hands on this 3-ring binder and have scanned it and uploaded to the library section here on CF. My Canon software has a limit of 100 pages so it is in two parts. If anyone can combine the two pfd’s that would be appreciated.

I was only looking for T8.5 info but my contact may have info on other Tanzer models. Let me know what documents you are looking for and I will ask him.

Does anyone have more Tanzer documentation to add into the library?

I also have Tanzer 8.5. I have sailed it in Lake Huron and Lake Michigan. I have owned it for more than 20 years I tried to access the T 8.5 engineering guide in The Library but it would not download. Do you know if it is still available? I would be glad to discuss the boat with you generally.

Yes, let's keep in touch. I am currently working on those 77 inch long deadlights and would like to hear your solution to solve the flexing issue. I've never tried PM before but will now.

I found and downloaded the T8.5 Part 1, but did not see Part 2.

Does your source have similar information for the Tanzer 22?

I have just uploaded it again and asked Janet H to do her magic.

Sadly, the gentleman passed away. He used to work at Tanzer and had a ton of material. I am expecting to hear from his son so that I can arrange to return the binder that I borrowed. I can certainly ask him.

Hey, thanks for posting. I've got a 79 - 8.5 that I putz around lake Ontario with. Also the 8.5 came with different mast heights so you should measure your mast and not go by printed docs when ordering a new mainsail. Apparently i have a "tall" rig
